Here are the anwers. Question #1: Form 731 listed 15.231(e) as the applicable rule part, but the test report shows 15.231(b) limit, please verify which one is correct. Also please recalculate the limit for 315MHz and update the test report. THE APPLICABLE LIMIT IS 15.231(B). SORRY FOR TYPO. PLEASE SEE REVISED TEST REPORT. Question #2: The test report does not show that the radiated spurious emission upto 10th harmonic of the fundamental frequency has been investigated. Please explain. UP TO 10TH HARMONICS ARE INVESTIGATED. NO SIGNIFICANT SIGNALS ARE SHOWN ABOVE 1500MHZ. PLEASE SEE REVISED TEST REPORT. Question #3: The report said the device is powered by DC 12V battery, but the operational description said it is powered by 2 x AA size battery (3V). Please clarify which statement is correct and revise the relevant document to keep consistent. TYPO. SEE REVISED OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION. Question #4: The user manual said "Shielded cable must be used with the equipement" which is not the case for this application. Please remove this statement from the user manual.
