Applicant: FOB Instruments Ltd. FCC ID: RYI901 User Manual 90.1 RF Indoor/ Outdoor Thermometer To set clock: 1. Slide the switch at the back to clock, then press ‘Set’. 2. Press ‘Min’ to set hour. 3. Press ‘Max’ to set minute. 4. Press ‘Set’ again to confirm setting. To see the minimum temperature of the day 1. Slide the switch at the back to Outdoor. 2. Press ‘Min’ once to see the max outdoor temperature and the recorded time. 3. Press ‘Min’ twice to see the max indoor temperature and the recorded time. 4. Press ‘Min’ again to go back to room temperature. To see the maximum temperature of the day - Same operation as minimum temperature by pressing ‘Max’ instead. To clear the minimum temperature of the day 1. Press ‘Min’ and ‘Max’ at the same time to clear min outdoor temp reading in min mode. 2. Press ‘Min’ and ‘Max’ at the same time to clear min indoor temp reading in min mode. To clear the max temperature of the day - Same operation as min temperature but in max mode instead. To clear all the max and min temperature record - Press ‘Min’ and ‘Max’ at the same in room temp mode. Operational Description

Applicant: FOB Instruments Ltd. FCC ID: RYI901 The 90.1 is a set of transmitter unit and a receiver unit ,the transmitter has a temparature and humidity sensor and is put to measure the outdoor thermo-hygro The actual thermo-hygro data is then send to the receiver through 433.925mhz carrier frequency. the receiver then pick up and display the data The transmitter is made of Colipittis oscillator, where 433.92mhz SAW resonator provides the center frequency .L2 to R6 are the matching network The 433.925mhz receiver is an enhanced super-regenerative type by adding a front–end amplifier, It is made of selective frequency network, front end amplifier, mixer, envelop detector and a comparator. the circuit of C22 ,L1 to C24 are selective frequency network, Components around the Q1 are the bias network Q1 and compoents around it are front end amplifer of super-regenerative. The signal is extracted through the mixer and envelop detector which are made of Q2 and component around it, then is amplified and output in digital form through the final stage of the comparator.
