The specific product as below, 4G Module with its designed features and specified description, meets special requirements for Full modular approval on FCC KDB996369 by cross-reference list below. Company FIH Co., LTD. Model Name 4G Module Model Number 31PHBM2000A FCC ID RYQ31PHBM2000A Requirement of FCC KDB996369 Comply(Y/N) 1. The modular transmitter must have its own RF shielding. Y The EUT provides the RF shielding. See EUT photo. The hole in the shield is smaller than the wavelength of the radiation that is being blocked. 2. The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs (if such inputs are provided) to ensure that the module will comply with Part 15 requirements under conditions of excessive data rates or over-modulation. Y The EUT has its buffered modulation. Please see the Schematic Diagram. 3. The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. Y The EUT has its own power supply regulation, please see the Schematic Diagram. 4. The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna and transmission system requirements of Sections 15.203, 15.204(b) and 15.204(c). The antenna must either be permanently attached or employ a “unique” antenna coupler (at all connections between the module and the antenna, including the cable). The “professional installation” provision of Section 15.203 is not applicable to modules but can apply to limited modular approvals under paragraph (b) of this section. Y The EUT meets the FCC antenna requirements; unique antenna connector and photo of antenna are shown in the test report. 5. The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand‐alone configuration, i.e., the Y The EUT was tested with a test board, Please FIH Co., LTD. module must not be inside another device during testing. see test report and setup photo 6. The modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC ID number, and, if the FCC ID is not visible when the module is installed inside another device, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed must also display a label referring to the enclosed module. This exterior label can use wording such as the following: “Contains Transmitter Module FCC ID: RYQ31PHBM2000A ” or “Contains FCC ID: RYQ31PHBM2000A ” Any similar wording that expresses the same meaning may be used. The Grantee may either provide such a label, an example of which must be included in the application for equipment authorization, or, must provide adequate instructions along with the module which explain this requirement. In the latter case, a copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. Y Please see exhibition label sample for the FCC ID of this module. And also in the exhibition Users manual, there are instructions give to the OEM on how to label the end product. 7. The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequat e instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. A copy of these instructions must be included in the application for equipment authorization. Y The EUT is compliant with all applicable FCC rules. Details instructions for maintaining compliance are give in the User Manual. 8. The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements. For example, FCC Rules in Sections 2.1091, 2.1093 and specific Sections of Part 15, including 15.319(i), 15.407(f), 15.253(f) and 15.255(g), require that Unlicensed PCS, UNII and millimeter w ave devices perform routine environmental evaluation for RF Exposure to demonstrate compliance. In addition, spread spectrum transmitters operating under Section 15.247 are required to address RF Exposure compliance in accordance with Section 15.247(b)(4). Y The EUT complies with RF exposure requirement. FIH Co., LTD. Thank you. Sincerely, Print Name: Barry Tsai Title: Manager Signature: On behalf of Company: FIH Co., LTD. Power Output listed is conducted. Single Modular Approval. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. The module grantee is responsible for providing the documentation to the system integrator on restrictions of use, for continuing compliance of the module. The host integrator installing this module into their product must ensure that the final composite product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules, including the transmitter operation and should refer to guidance in KDB 996369. This device supports LTE of 1.4, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 2, 4, 25, 66, LTE of 1.4, 3, 5 and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 5, 12, 26(814-824), LTE of 5,10,15 and 20MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 7, 71, LTE of 5 and 10MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 13, 17, LTE of 1.4, 3, 5, 10 and 15MHz bandwidth for LTE Band 26(824-849). The maximum antenna gains: 7dBi for WCDMA B2, 4dBi for WCDMA B4, 9.42dBi for WCDMA B5, 8dBi for LTE B2, 5dBi for LTE B4, 9.41dBi for LTE B5, 8dBi for LTE B7, 8.7dBi for LTE B12, 9.16dBi for LTE B13, 8.74dBi for LTE B17, 8dBi for LTE B25, 9.36dBi for LTE B26(814-824), 9.41dBi for LTE B26(824-849), 5dBi for LTE B66.
