1 User manual 2 3 4 SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY Subject to legal provisions, the responsibility of OBLANC under this warranty is limited to the provisions set out below: OBLANC warrants that this product is safe from material and manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of end-user purchase. If a product defect is encountered within the warranty period and a valid claim is lodged, OBLANC will replace the product with either a new complete unit or with a new accessory if the default found is limited to an ancillary product. When a product or an accessory is replaced, it becomes the property of the buyer and the product or accessory exchanged becomes the property of OBLANC. The warranty accorded to the exchanged product will not exceed the original warranty. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS This limited warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or on behalf of OBLANC which can be identified by the trademark, trade name or OBLANC logo which is affixed on them. The software distributed by OBLANC without or under the trade name OBLANC (including, but not limited to, system software) is not covered by this limited warranty. Kindly refer to the accompanying software license agreement accompanying the software for details of your rights concerning its use. OBLANC does not warranty that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. OBLANC is not liable for damage resulting from noncompliance with usage guidelines of the product. This warranty does not apply to: (a) any damage caused by the use of products other than those in the OBLANC recommended usage guidelines (b) any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flooding, fire, earthquake or other external causes, (c) any damage caused by the operation of the product outside the foreseeable and permitted usage guidelines issued by OBLANC (d) any damage caused by any intervention (including upgrades and extensions) by any person who is not a representative of OBLANC or a OBLANC-approved service provider (e) a product or a component which has been tampered with so that it significantly alters the functionality or capabilities without the written permission of OBLANC (f) consumable items such as batteries, unless the damage is caused by a material or workmanship defect (g) a product on which any OBLANC-related serial number has been removed or defaced. Except as shown in paragraph (c) of this section. if transmitting antennas of directional gain greater than 6dBi are used. the conducted output power from the intentional radiator shall be reduced below the stated values in paragraphs (b)(1). (b)(2). and (b)(3) of this section. as appropriate. by the amount in dB that the directional gain of the antenna exceeds 6dBi. 2. Limits According to KDB447498 General RF Exposure Guidance v05 3. EUT RF Exposure The Max Conducted Peak Output Power is -5.65dBm(0.27227mW) in lowest channel, and the Max Conducted Average Output Power is less than 0.27227mW. The best case gain of the antenna is 1.5dBi. 1.2dBi logarithmic terms convert to numeric result is nearly 1.4125. According to the formula. calculate the EIRP test result: EIRP< P x G = 0.27227mW x 1.4125 = 1.2014mW ① SAR requirement: Limit = 10mW @ 5mm ② ; ① < ②. So the SAR report is not required.
