Pairing instructions: 1.Find the slightly raised button. 2.Press and hold for 5 seconds. On your SleepPhones® Wireless headphones, a voice will announce, “Power on, ready to pair.” 3.Check on your phone, computer, or other Bluetooth® transmitter. Make sure it is discoverable and adding a device. 4.Add SleepPhones® Wireless headphones to your phone, computer, or other Bluetooth® transmitter. 5.On your SleepPhones® Wireless headphones, a voice will announce, “Pairing complete.” Operating instructions: 1.Click the button to change the volume. The volume will cycle up and down in 10% increments. 2.Double click the button to pause the music. Double click to resume playing music. 3.To turn the device off, press and hold the button for 2 seconds. A voice will announce, “Power off.” Troubleshooting: 1.Check the volume on the Bluetooth® transmitter. 2.Check the volume on the SleepPhones® Wireless Bluetooth® receiver. 3.Make sure that the SleepPhones® Bluetooth® receiver is charged. 4.Refer to your phone, computer, or other Bluetooth® transmitter manual. If the Bluetooth® transmitter is separated from the SleepPhones® Wireless headphones for more than 5 minutes, the headphones will automatically power off. Not all apps or software support Bluetooth®.
