Response to question #2: The user manual is for the whole wireless microphone system there have two microphones ( one is 188.2 MHz and the other one is 203.2 MHz) and a receiver. Regarding to this application, only one transmitter (188.2 MHz) was certificated for separate sale. Response to question #3: For microphones operating on188.2 MHz and 203.2, there was nothing difference except the crystal oscillator, so the schematic diagram is shared for either. Only frequency 188.2 MHz was certificated in this application. Response to question #4: Both the 26dB BW and Emission Mask test results was acquired from the original measurement with audio modulation function activated. Because it's impossible to be absolutely stable for both frequency and emission level while testing, in order to assure full compliance, the following method had been taken to manipulate the test instrument: Max hold Trace A until the max frequency range and emission level was got, then View Trace A, mostly, the trace on the plot looks smooth just like without audio modulation. The status of trace can be found on the plot indicated as A_Max or A_View. Response to question #5: The revised confidentiality letter is provided. Response to question #6: Tune up procedure is provided with the file name of tune up procedure in attached files.

Operational Description

Theory Of Operation 1, Switch on the power, then all the components are on power 2, Audio signals are acquired from the MIC. 3, Carrier Frequency are produced by Crystal Responser(X1). 4, Audio signals are modulated on the Carrier Frequency by the way of F3E. 5, The modulated signal will be amplified. 6. The amplified signal will then be transmitted to the air by the transmitting antenna.

ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES 1. Transmitter Power Adjustment a). Adjust the DC power supply so that 9.0V is obtained at the battery terminals. Confirm that the power meter, dummy load and output tester are prepared. b). Turn the power on and mount a X1 element (20.9211MHz) into the crystal on the PCB board. c). Adjust VC1, VC2, VC3, VC4, VC5 in this order so that the power meter reading become maximum. d). Repeat procedure c several times. The RF power meter reading should be more than 0.001W when the power is on and at a normal temperature. Then check the current meter reading should be less than 60mA. 2. Transmission Deviation Adjustment a). Set up the unit for the transmission mode. b). Adjust L1 so that the frequency counter reading is 30 KHz c).
