A: Regarding the compatibility of different iOS versions, make sure that you are installing the latest version of Womate app. If not, delete the Womate app and download and install the latest version according to the method of ‘App Download and Installation 2’. (1)Download and install i-funbox either from the Womate official website or from http://www.i-funbox.com. (2)Start i-funbox and connect it to your iOS device. Then the Womate app can be successfully connected to the Womate device. •The default password for the Womate device's WIFI hot point is womate3g. 6 Connection Setting Q: What if the password for the Womate device's WIFI hot point is not correct? A: An "incorrect password" error may occur due to the compatibility of the iOS version and the Womate device's WIFI hot point. Entering the password for twice can solve this problem. Q: What if I cannot successfully connect Womate app to Womate device? A: Take the following actions if this problem occurs: •Double press the Home key to locate the Womate app among the running applications. •Press and hold the Womate app to close it, and press the Home key again to return to the standby interface of your iOS device. •Restart the Womate app. •If the previous steps do not work, restart your iOS device.
