Click “CashDrawer” to test the cash drawer. 2. Click “IButton” to test the IButton. 3. Click “Line Display” to test the customer display. 4. Click “MSR” to test the magnetic card reader 6. Click “POSPrinter” to test the printer. 7. Click "Port Settings", you can set up to interface 8. Click “Exit” or close window to exit program. 注意:客户显示器和MSR的默认接口为COM6,打印机默认接口COM2。 NOTE:The default setting of customer display port and MSR is COM6, The default setting of printer is COM2. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 常见问题及故障排除 Troubleshooting 常见故障和建议处理方法如下表: A few common hardware problems and suggested solutions are listed below: 问题/PROBLEM 解决方法/SOLUTION 开机后无任何反应 Can’t turn on the machine. ① 检查外部供电是否正常,适配器插头是否连 接。 ② 检查适配器指示灯是否亮。 ③ 检查打印机电源指示灯是否亮。 ④ 检查主 24V 电源开关是否打开。 ① Check if the external power supply is normal , if the adapter is connected. ② Check if the adapter LED is light on. ③ Check if the printer LED is light on ④ Check if the 24V power switch is turned on. 磁卡阅读器不读卡 The MSR doesn’t work. ① 多试几张卡或换一种卡试验。 ② 检查磁卡阅读器连线是否正确连接。 ③ 检查串口是否设置为 COM6。 ① Try another kind of card. ② Check if the cable of the MSR. ③ Check if the serial port is set to COM6 打印机故障灯闪烁 Printer error light blinks 检查是否有打印纸,打印纸是否卡住不动,打印 机外壳是否按紧。 Check if there is paper or if paper gets stuck or not. Check the printer cover is tight enclosure 液晶屏显示不清晰 Display is not clear. 设置屏幕分辨率为1024*768。 Setup the resolutions to 1024*768. 无法连接网络 Unable to connect to the network 确保网线没有问题,检查网线插头安装正确。 Make sure the cable all right, check the network cable plugs are properly installed. 系统日期不正确 The date or time is not right. 更改BIOS或者系统时间,如果无效更换电池。 Change the date or time in BIOS or OS, otherwise change the battery. 触摸屏无效 The touch screen doesn’t work. 重新安装触摸屏驱动,重新校准。 Reinstall the driver of touch. Output power considerations: Worst case output power: For Bluetooth: -2.997dBm = 0.504mW (at 2402MHz) For Wi-Fi: 9.58dBm = 9.079mW (at 2437MHz) 3.
