DO NOT Copy or Distribute. Page 4 of 6 Small Round Soap Dispenser A-1. Peel off flat side of adhesive backing and firmly place flat side down onto Hand Washing Monitor as shown in Figure A-1. Press on firmly for 15 seconds. A-2. Peel off curved side of adhesive covering and place Hand Washing Monitor (HWM) onto dispenser, making sure to mount more than 3 inches above push mechanism (where soap comes out). Press firmly and hold for 15 seconds.
