Brief Introduction H6500 Wireless Loader Controller is provided with not only a built-in antenna but functions of learning and encoding. For users, it is very easy to set and use, and even equipments and devices nearby can be controlled with free and easy with the help of a receiver. Purpose: Wireless transmission is adopted to control the performance of a pellet device. Note: Any errors or omissions to be occurred in the future can not be guaranteed and warranted in this manual. HONJET Technology Co., Ltd. is under no obligation for any errors or omissions to be arisen, and reserve the right to make changes or modification without notice. B. Caution & Warning Caution: the following H6500 and receiver will be referred to “machine” together for short. ◎ If the battery connector is dirty before using, please use a clean and dry clothing to wipe it out. ◎ The machine shall be stored in a dry place with good ventilation. ◎ If the machine will not be used for quite some time, please take out the battery to avoid leakage of electricity, and store it in a cool, dry place. ◎ If the machine is dipped in water or exposed to a place with high humidity, it will be possibly led to obstacles or broken. ◎ If the machine is hit or vibrated with violence, it will be possibly led to obstacles or broken. ◎ If the machine has any something wrong or not in harmony, users should stop using without delay. Warning: ◎ Don’t cause the battery to be in a short circuit, dismantle or mistakenly assembly the negative or positive poles of the same. ◎ Don’t let the battery contact water or wet. ◎ If smelling strange smoke or the machine is smoking, users should take out the battery without delay. 1 ◎ If the battery has any something wrong or not in harmony, users should stop using without delay. ◎ Don’t use in a location or place with flammable gas, or it is very easy to cause severe dangers, such as explosions or fire. ◎ If the machine is broken or separated due to obstacles or other accidents, the battery should be drawn out immediately. ◎ Don’t store or ship the battery together with objects of metal. ◎ Prevent children from placing the battery or other small things into their mounts. ◎ Both H6500 and the antenna on the receiving end thereof are built-in type, so do not turn the adjustable screws thereof with angle and random or touch any metal objects. ◎ Don’t dismantle, reinstall or adjust any components. ◎ Don’t use power sources other than DC9V batteries. C. Content of Packaging Please check the content of packaging and confirm the following items: • H6500 • Receiver • Operation Instruction If lack or breakage of any of the above-mentioned items occurs, please contact the agent distributor from whom you purchase the product without delay. D. Function 2 FUN SEL H6500 LED MICRO PWR LED RECEIVER PELLET DEVICE OUTPUT • FUN: POWER ON/OFF •PWR: a. POWERON/OFF b. LEARN •SEL: LEARN MODE •LED: INDICATING LAMP •LED: INDICATING LAMP •MICRO: SENT OUT SIGNALS •OUTPUT : EXTERNAL CONNECTION TO THE PELLET DEVICE E. Learning Setting Goal: learn to operate the H6500 and set the receiver Method: Setting of H6500 1. Pressing “FUN” bottom for 5 seconds and then release, the H6500 is powered on and the green indicating lamp thereof is lighted permanently. 2. Further press “SEL” bottom and then release, the green indicating lamp of the H6500 will turn into red with permanence; at this time, it enters into the preparative state of sending out signals. Setting of Receiver 3. Press “PWR” bottom for 5 seconds and then release, the receiver is powered on as concurrently as the green indicating lamp thereof will flash. It is time to enter into the standby state of learning. Completion of Learning Setting 4. Take up the H6500 to approach the receiver, and the distance between the H6500 and receiver should be 30 centimeters below; press the “MICRO” bottom and then release, at this time the green indicating lamp of the receiver become fast flashing, which means the learning setting has been completed. 5. Release the “PWR” bottom, the green indicating lamp will power off the receiver. Note: a. If press “FUN” bottom for 5 seconds and then release one more time, the red indicating lamp will power off the H6500 automatically. b. If the learning setting is incorrect and incomplete, it will lead the controller to be out of control. Please confirm the actions of setting have been completed. c. The learning setting must be done before entering into the operation method for the first time; subsequently, it will not be done after the first learning setting, and can access to the operation method directly. 3 d. If exchange the H6500, the learning setting has to be redone, such that the control actions can show proper functions. F. Method of Operation 1. Pressing “FUN” bottom for 5 seconds and then release, the H6500 is powered on and the green indicating lamp thereof is lighted permanently. 2. Further press “SEL” bottom and then release, the green indicating lamp of the H6500 will turn into red with permanence. 3. Pressing “PWR” bottom for 3 seconds and then release, the RECEIVER will be powered on and the green indicating lamp thereof will be lighted permanentl…

The emitting time of fundamental frequency is less than 5 seconds pursuant to FCC Part 15.231(a). There are security codes for avoiding the possibility of duplicating codes in adjacent systems. The coding must be matching with the companion receiver. While testing the EUT was adjusted at a position, which transmits the maximum emission. 1.3 Description of Support Equipment No support equipment: The EUT itself forms a system.
