Do Not Operate Wardrobe valet Conveyor if it has a damaged power cord or plug. Do Not Operate Wardrobe valet Conveyor if Remote control is damaged or does not function properly, for example if conveyor chain does not move when button on Remote is pressed, or does not Stop immediately when button on remote is Released. DISCONNECT POWER CORD IMMEDIATELY IF CONVEYOR DOES NOT STOP WHEN BUTTON ON REMOTE CONTROL RELEASED. To disconnect conveyor, make sure that conveyor chain does not move, than remove plug from outlet. Do Not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord. WARNING: Do Not wash conveyor. Wipe with dry cloth only. Unplug conveyor from outlet before cleaning. WARNING: Conveyor must be installed so the distance from floor to the lowest point of conveyor chain must be 6 Ft or greater Do Not place any objects or clothes on tubes or on sprocket, it could damage your conveyor and your items. Do Not load Wardrobe valet Conveyor with anything other than goods on hangers. 5 Do Not obstruct Conveyor chain movement. Do Not touch any Wardrobe valet Conveyor parts when conveyor is moving. Do Not allow anyone to hang or climb on Wardrobe valet Conveyor chain. Keep fingers out of the “pinch point” areas; the distance between sprocket and chain is necessary small, and the rollers riding over the tube. Those areas must be protected by location – the minimal distance from the floor to the bottom of chain must be 6 Ft or greater. Do Not use this product near water – for example, in wet basement, near a swimming pool. Stay away at least 2 ft from conveyor chain when conveyor is moving. Install or locate your Wardrobe valet Conveyor only in accordance with provided Installation instruction. Use your Wardrobe valet Conveyor only for its intended use as described in this manual. Keep power cord away from heated surfaces. Do not immerse power cord or plug in water. Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor must be grounded. Connect only to properly grounded outlet. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when Wardrobe valet Conveyor is used near children. CAUTION: Items of interest to children should not be stored on shelves or in cabinets above your Wardrobe valet Conveyor – children climbing on conveyor to reach items could be seriously injured. Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor is intended for indoor usage only. The conveyor does not use or produce hazardous materials, and or grinding/lubricant exhaust . It does not require special ventilation. Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor must be loaded and unloaded when conveyor chain is not moving (completely stopped). 6 GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor must be grounded. In the event of malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electronic current to reduce the risk of electric shock. Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor is equipped with cord having an equipment grounding conductor and grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. The conductor with insulation having an outer surface that is green with or without yellow stripes is the equipment-grounding conductor. Check with qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the appliance is properly grounded. DO NOT modify the plug provided with your Wardrobe valet Conveyor – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician. Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor is cord connected appliance rated less than 15 A and intended for use on nominal 120 V supply circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch below. DO NOT use an adaptor plug with this appliance. For best operation, plug this appliance into its own electrical outlet to prevent flickering of light, blowing of fuse or tripping of circuit breaker . 1. The Product 1.1 Outline The conveyor motor control transmitter is used for wireless bi-direction control of a motor which moves a garment conveyot. It is part of a system which also includes an RF receiver. The receiver, which is located in theconveyor motor control, receives, demodulates and decodes the RF transmission from the remote. This decoded transmission controls the motor. 1.2 Appearance The motor switch consists of a rectangular plastic box with a single pole, double throw momentary switch mounted on the top. The size is approximately 4 5/8" (long) x 3"(wide) x 1 5/8" (high) (117mm x 76mm x 41mm). There is a single red LED internal to the case. The LED indicates when the switch is transmitting. 1.3 Transmission Format The signals transmitted from the remote are encoded using PWM, employing 72 bits of data, with a modulation frequency of 833Hz and 100% amplitude modulation. 1.4 General Block Diagram Micro- Processor LED Power Cell 3VDC Modulation and RF Stage Output Forward Reverse rfPIC Processor

Each message requires 121mSec to transmit. Once the message is sent, the transmitter turns off. If the button is held, the processor waits for about 2.5 seconds and then transmits another pair of messages. When the button is released, the transmitter sends 3 messages, each 121 mSec long, instructing the motor to stop. The receiver will timeout when no message is received and will stop the motor. 2.2 Test Modes Connecting all three wires together, the same as pushing both buttons, will place the transmitter in a test mode. In test mode, a fully modulated carrier is sent as long as the buttons are pressed. 3 Operation Description 3.1 Idle Mode When no buttons are pressed, the 3VDC battery supplies a small standby current to the processor chip, which is in a sleep mode. No power is supplied to the Modulation and RF stage. 3.2 Button Pressed When any button is pressed, the microprocessor encodes a 72 bit message indicating the direction of motion requested. The processor enables the RF stage. Once the RF stage is enabled, the 72 bit message is encoded as a PWM stream and transmitted twice. After the message is transmitted, the RF Stage is disabled. 3.4 Button Released When the button is released, the microprocessor encodes a 72 bit message directing the motor to stop. The processor enables the RF stage. Once the RF stage is enabled, the 72 bit message is encoded as a PWM stream and transmitted three times. After the message is transmitted, the RF stage is disabled. 3.3 Button Held As long as the button is held, the microprocessor will continue to transmit messages indicating motor movement every 2.5 seconds.
