And then, fasten the small foot of the pl astic stand off to the bottom side of WRM (Photo 1) 4.Get the WRM and carefully aim at the 2x 12 pin holes to the p in header (location on P601) on the mother board and then plug the pins into the holes. 7. Check whether the plastic stand was opposite after inserting .Check method: (1)VI the size of plastic stand's two ends (2)Whether end is loose when plastic stand off is pluged to WRM and to mother board, it shows it's plugged upside down. Plug the plastic stand off in Photo 4 Photo 3 Small foot 2 x 12 Pin header (P601) 2x 12 pin holes on WRM Photo 2 5. Click the other end of plastic stand off to the through hole near RJ-11 on the mother board (photo 3).6. September 6, 2006 Federal Communications Commission 445 Twelfth St., S.W. Washington, D.C. 20554 Dear Sirs: ARRIS International, Inc. requests modular approval for the device identified by the FCC ID: UID-WRMTM5. 1. The modular transmitter has its own RF shielding. The ensures that the module does not rely upon the shielding provided by the device into which it is installed in order for all modular transmitter emissions to comply with Part 15 limits. The shielding prevents coupling between the RF circuitry of the module and any wires or circuits in the device into which the module is installed. 2. The modular transmitter has buffered modulation/data inputs that ensures the module complies with Part 15 requirements under conditions of excessive data rates or over-modulation. 3. The modular transmitter has its own power supply regulation. The power supply regulation ensures that the module will complies with Part 15 requirements regardless of the design of the power supplying circuitry in the device into which the module is installed. 4. The modular transmitter complies with the antenna requirements of Section 15.203 and 15.204(c). Any antenna used with the module must be approved with the module, either at the time of initial authorization or through a Class II permissive change. The “professional installation” provision of Section 15.203 may does not apply to modules. 5. The modular transmitter was tested in a stand-alone configuration complies with Part 15 Class B emission. 6. The modular transmitter is labeled with its own FCC ID number. The FCC ID is not visible when the module is installed inside another device. The outside of the device into which the module is installed will display a label referring to the enclosed module. The Grantee may either provide such a label, an example of which must be included in the application for equipment authorization, or, must provide adequate instructions along with the module which explain this requirement. Using the latter case, a copy of these instructions are included in the application for equipment authorization. 7. The modular transmitter is not authorized for operation under Section 15.231and the requirements are not applicable to the product. 8. The modular transmitter complies with applicable RF exposure requirements.
