Adjustable Power System can be applied on the sofa, chair and adjustable bed in the house, office, hotel and entertainment places. It is of high quality, and it realizes the automation of furniture, and provides a big market for furniture manufacturers. 1. Configuration of the adjustable system The adjustable system consists of actuator, transformer and remote controller. 1. Actuator Active ring of the actuator moves back and forth when it’s driven by spindle which rotates under the force driven by the spindle guide with power connection. When the actuator is installed on the mechanism, it can drive the mechanism to open and close. The double limit switches help increase the accuracy of the traveling stroke. Transformer The transformer can be applied on the sofa, chairs and bed together with the JLDQ actuators. The transformer has a shut off function when it’s overloaded. The transformer works under the 24v DC. The frequency of transformer receiver is 433.92MHz. Remote controller The remote controller consists of PCB, top and bottom cover and buttons. It activates the movement of the actuator by pressing on the buttons. Installation Press on the buttons of the remote controller, and the active ring on the actuator will move back and forth. Fix the actuator and transformer onto the furniture mechanism, and connect all the parts per picture above. Install the plug, and press on the button of the remote controller. Safety Points: 1. Before using the system, please confirm the proper batteries are applied. 3. Shut off the power before installing or removing the plugs and wires. 4. "Permanently affixed" means that the label is etched, engraved, stamped, silkscreened, indelibly printed, or otherwise permanently marked on a permanently attached part of the equipment or on a nameplate of metal, plastic, or other material fastened to the equipment by welding, riveting, or a permanent adhesive. The label must be designed to last the expected lifetime of the equipment.” The label information will be silk-screened onto the product. An attestation letter explaining this has been provided. 3. The third harmonic of all but the lowest channel falls in a restricted band. The limit in this band is 54dBuV/ average, 74dBuV/m peak. It looks like the emissions will all continue to be compliant with the lower limit. Please update the test report with the correct limits and margins. Report has been updated with the correct limits. All peak measurements have been compared to the average limit to demonstrate compliance with both peak and average limits. 4. It appears that the transmitter can control different command signals. Please explain how the duty cycle measured was for the worst case transmission. Please confirm that the buttons on the device are not latched but only remain on while they are being pressed (i.e. the user does not push the button to activate the transmitter and then push it again to deactivate the transmitter). Additionally, please provide a plot showing that the duration of the transmission is less than 5 seconds once the button has been released. (This plot should be at least 10 seconds long to clearly show that there is only the single transmission). A plot has been provided to show the device switching off immediately after the release of the button, which is not latched.

EUT description: The transmitter is powered by 3 AAA batteries. It is manually operated and uses DSC to code signal. It has 15 buttons corresponding to the I/O port of the microchip. That is, there are 15 codes for the control signal. These 15 codes are 0000, 0001, 0011..... corresponding to number of hex. For the waveform against time, the 1/4 width stands for 1 and the 3/4 width stands for 0. The receiver is connected to motors and the motors can move according to the transmitter. How to remote control the actuator. 1. Power the transmitter, power the receiver and connect the actuator to the receiver. 2. Press the button on the transmitter. 3. The receiver can receive signal from transmitter and decode, then it can control the actuator to perform action. Frequency bands description: EUT uses 433.05MHz, 433.35MHz, 434.45MHz, 434.75MHz. Circuit description: About the circuit, there are four crystals: 72MHz, 72.1MHz, 72.2MHz, 72.3MHz, then the signal will be changed to be 433.05MHz, 433.35MHz, 434.45MHz, 434.75MHz together with the LC circuit. The signal can be coded by the microchip PIC16F57 then generated to the space through the internal antenna.
