Built to 1114 scale. Your truck is available in two frequencies (27 and 49 MHz) and 3 selectable bands to let you race against other 5 radio-controlled racers. Check the truck's box to see which frequency your Spider-Man truck uses. Set the band A, B or C on the chassis inside the battery compartment to match with the band (Preset is A] setting on the transmitter. If you need to change the band setting, make sure to match both the truck and the transmitter band settings. NOTE: Make sure you're not pressing a transmitter control when you adjust the Selector switch. "H" & "1" Gear Select "H" or "L" Gear by adjusting the Gear switch on the back of Truck. "H" Gear is suitable for running on flat and wide places and your Truck runs faster on "H" Gear. "L" Gear is suitable for running on rough and narrow places. If the Gear switch does not change smoothly, turn the rear wheels slightly by hand to facilitate the gear change. FCC DECLARTION OF CONFORMITY This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 July 31, 2007 RE: FCC ID: BCR-853D5_ATCB005236 Attention: Tom Tidwell I have a few comments on this Application. Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that the above FCC ID requests grant of certification in the Part 22 cell bands. Please note that the operational description indicates that the device is band selectable and that other than the above mentioned bands may be selected. It appears that the particular band selected determines the model number. The operational description is not clear on this issue. As this is a part 22 only application, the user cannot make the device operate on other than the frequency bands requested. Please explain how this is prevented for this particular model device. 2. Please note that as this is a booster/amplifier operating under the license of a base station and can be used in other than a licensed station location (i.e. in buildings etc) rf exposure must be addressed at the time of certification as it cannot be addressed at the time of licensing. Please provide an MPE report for the device. Please also show in the manual rf exposure information. 3. Please note that the report calls this device a repeater while other documentation (i.e. 731) calls the device a booster. Please explain, is this device a repeater or a booster? 4. Please provide separate internal photos of the device as required by the FCC. Dennis Ward mailto:[email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued. As this is a part 22 only application, the user cannot make the device operate on other than the frequency bands requested. Please explain how this is prevented for this particular model device. The band of operation is set by the model number the model 853D5 operates only in the Cellular band (824 – 849 MHz / 869 – 894 MHz). This is denoted by the model number 853D, The number 5 in the model designation indicates that the booster has a 5 MHz filter width. The filter can be tuned across the cellular band but the user cannot configure the booster to operate outside the cellular band. Please find the requested MPE report. The user manual includes a statement on page 1 warning the installer/user to maintain a 20 cm. separation distance between the antenna and nearby persons. The maximum antenna gain stated in the manual is 12 dBi 3. Please note that the report calls this device a repeater while other documentation (i.e. 731) calls the device a booster. Please explain, is this device a repeater or a booste...
