Dear Lucy, Sorry for your trboule agagin, and please see the revised test report. Thank you.. Best Regards, Amanda Hi Seven, Please address following issues. Q#1: The provided block diagram is not enough. Please provide the electrical block diagram, showing the frequency of all oscillators in the device per Part 21033 specified. Ans: Please have the block diagram. Q#2: Label and theory of operation indicate 4 frequency bands as 429MHz, 434MHz, 439MHz and 444MHz and user manual also indicates user can select these 4 transmit frequency bands by DP switch. Looking into the test report, only a single frequency at 439MHz was investigated. Please provide additional L and H channels test result to demonstrate the compliance. Ans: Sorry for your trouble, this device has 4 frequency bands, and we had re-test Low and High channel, please see the revised test report. (Page 3,6,11,16,22-27 had been revised.) Q#3: Please provide more information about the function of this product. Moreover, according to operational description, this transmitter is used to transmit data. Per 15.231, please confirm a control signal has be sent with data transmitting. Ans:Please have the user manual. Q#4: Test report indicated the test were performed in accordance with ANSI C63.4 (2001). Please revise to version 2003 since it's the current version FCC request. Ans: The test report had been revised to version 2003, please see the page 5. Q#5: The limit of fundamental and harmonics of radiated emission indicates in page 21 are not correct. The formulas for calculating the maximum permitted fundamental field strengths for the band 260-470 MHz, uV/m at 3 meters = 41.6667(439.4) - 7083.3333. Intentional radiators operating under the provisions of this Section shall demonstrate compliance with the limits on the field strength of emissions, as shown in the 15.231(b), based on the average value of the measured emissions. Also, be noted that the limit per 15.231(b), the maximum permitted unwanted emission level is 20 dB below the maximum permitted fundamental level. Please have a check and revise accordingly. <[email protected]> 2007/09/06 08:28 AM <[email protected]> <[email protected]> Ans: The limit of fundamental and harmonics of radiated emission indicates in page 22 had been revised. Q#6: Are there any automatic transmissions or this only transmit when a button is pressed? Ans: Yes, It only transmit when a button is pressed. Best Regards, Lucy The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted. According to the requirements in Section 13.1.4.1 of ANSI C63.4. Conducted emissions from the EUT measured in the frequency range between 0.15 MHz and 30MHz using CISPR Quasi-peak and average detector modes. Radiated Emissions The EUT is placed on a turn table, which is 0.8 m above ground plane. The turntable shall rotate 360 degrees to determine the position of maximum emission level. EUT is set 3m away from the receiving antenna, which varied…
