Users Manual

1 User manual Wireless remote controller Brief introduction Wireless controller have contain remote controller and controller, it adopt high-reliability design and can be operated expediently and practically. It have a higher capability-value proportion, it is the perfect choice which electric products such as the electric door upgrade to the remote-controlling from handle-controlling. Remote controller use the enclosure spraying glazing and adopt silica gel button and the same it mount slip cover to avoid mistake operating. Its appearance is very compact and lively and its usage is very convenient. Its power supply is adopt one piece battery which model is 23A and its voltage is 12V, the battery is wear well and has a high reliability. Chart Chart 1 Panel Chart 2 Rear end plate 2 Function explanation Remote controller 、LED operate-indicating lighting:LED operate-indicating lighting:When working, the red LED lighting shines. 、ENTER button 、LET OUT button 、Slip cover:may push and slip up and down 、Key buckle 、Pulling-pole antenna:together four burls,315MHz radio frequency and don’t block off to the best of your abilities! 、Q.C Symbol 、Button function explanation、usage notice 、Model and product code:corresponding to the receiver ○ 10、Fixed screw:One piece alkalescent battery which model is 23A and voltage is 12V are placed in the product and if its power is not adequate please open the shell to change the corresponding model of battery. Operating explanation 1、Please find the chart 1 and chart 2: the explanation of remote controller’s parts 2、Operating: When used, first open the slip cover and see that: LED operate-indicating lighting, ENTER button (forward button),LET OUT button (back off button)。 Press button or button ,LED red operate-indicating lighting shines and indicate the remote controller is emitting, and its brightness is correlative to the power of the battery, a high brightness indicate that the power is sufficient and a low brightness indicate the power is deficient. The power shall influence the remote control distance. When you use and find the brightness tend to dark or remote control distance tend to short, you can pull the antenna and you’d better to change battery. Button and button control the forward and back off of the controller respectively . When use it and if you want to control forward you can press button , if you want to back off you can press button. If you press momently one time, the object will be nod-acting state( nod-acting forward or nod-acting back off. But now the two buttons aren’t pressed on the same time. When you press the button, you should exert the force moderately and quick-press should ensure the least starting-interval of the remote controller and or else the remote controller will not be started up. The antenna of the remote controller should be vertical to the floor to the best of your ability and on practical use, you can pull the pulling-pole antenna and thus controlling distance and reliability can be added. When finish using, shut the slip cover, purse up the antenna to the shortest and avoid mistake operating.. key buckle may provide convenience for user. 3 Warning 1、This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance will void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. Any change to the equipment will void FCC grant. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: --Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. --Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. --Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. --Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Operational Description

The circuit of remote controller composes the following main eight parts 1、POWER SUPPLY:Containing a grain of alkalescency battery which voltage is 12V and model is 23mA; it provides essential voltage for the whole circuitry. 2、MAIN CIRUIT:It composes of coding IC and peripheral components. 3、KEYBOARD:It composes two buttons (and can be built up of four buttons if requested) and it is provided to consumer to use. 4、LED INDICATOR:Red LED, to indicate working state. 5、ADDRESS CODE:It composes of eight groups of PCB jumper and its function is to set address coding of remote controller. 6、CRYSTAL:It contain one 315MHz crystal size, providing RF operating frequency. 7、RF CIRCUIT:It composes of RF vibratory circuit and magnifying circuit. 8、ANTENNA: It composes of harmonic wave filter, impedance matching and collapsible radio mast (antenna). Operating principle: When any key of the KEYBOARD is pressed, it shall touch of MAIN CIRUIT to work; Then MAIN CIRUIT will send signal to the LED INDICATOR,red LED will shine and it indicate begin working state; On the same time, one time MAIN CIRUIT distinguish the KEY value of the pressed button and the other side it read the address coding which are set by ADDRESS CODE and then make these information to code(CODE),When RF CIRCUIT receive the code, one side the CRYSTAL circuit begin to work and vibrate to produce 315MHz operating frequency,on the other side, RF CIRCUIT make ASK modulating, magnifying and then radio frequency signal drive ANTENNA emission circuit, after ANTENNA circuit carry essential harmonic wave filter and impedance matching, at the last the radio frequency signal carrying coding information is radiated all around with 315MHz wireless electric wave by collapsible radio mast antenna; When the receiver receive the signal, it will make essential decode, address-identify and order-identify,finally it perform controlling operating relative to the button of remote controller.
