USER’S MANUAL 1 FYS012WL Direction for Use 1. Security Direction For security of machine, please read Direction for use carefully before use Show this machine has important operation and maintenance direction. Notice! Do not open the crust, and try to maintain or recast! There is no accessory need customer maintain themselves. Keep away from pulsator and microwave radiant. The machine can not be impinged fiercely. 2. FCC Statement: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following measures: - Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. - Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. - Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Application 2.4G wireless Telecontrol Speaker System can transmit the wide frequency, Hi-Fi music, sound signal. Transmitting frequency accord international criterion, can be used widely in the place where needed wireless transmitting, can be connect to the MP3 CDDVDIPOD. 5. Direction for use Power supply mode FYS012WL has two modes: DC, AC DC: There is a battery box of AA 1.5V on the bottom of FYS012WL. There is a waterproof switch for cutting off the DC Power. When the red direction light is bright, and the green one is off, the speaker works on standby stating, and you can on/off by the controller. This set is still consume power in standby stating, so please cut off the switch when you don’t use the machine. If you will not use the set for a long time please take out the battery to avoid battery leakage corrosion the machine. AC: Power supply is 120V. Cutting off the AC, please connect the power wire to the jack on the bottom of FYS012WL. The direction light is bright, and it’s red. Before play, make sure you have already offer one kind of power supply. After connect the power supply correctly, the direction light is bright, means the machine work correctly. Then connect the power supply to the Transmitter, and input the right audio signal to the Transmitter. Finally, you can tune on the speaker through the controller, enjoy your music. USER’S MANUAL 4 6. Use of Transmitter The power supply of Transmitter is DC 7.5V, we offer a normal power adapter. After connect the power to the Transmitter, turn on the power switch, the red direction light bright. There is a Power Switch and channel button on the front of the transmitter a Power Switch and channel button a power input interface and audio input interface. USER’S MANUAL 5 7. Use of Controller Three button on the controller: B is on/off of sound signal button A and C is for control the volume. C is for volume up. A is for volume down. (Note: Maybe at the beginning of working, the volume may be weak, you have to use C to make the volume loud.When speaker on battary supply mode,the lack of battery’electric quantity and Controller’battery electric quantity lack will make the control distance shorter.) Choose the channel FY S012WL offer 8 switchover channels: 012345678 Switchover Channels: After electricity the transmitter, it initialization for Channel 1, each press the button on the CH Channel will launch a channel up, the speaker will automatic progressive scan stereo receiver. Failure Indication If this machine can’t work normally, please check-up the following, whether it is possible to use the simple proposed measures to solve the problems. If the machine surely has problems please contact with the dealer. Problem Reason Correct Connecting according to the Direction for use, turn on the controller, no sound Transmitter has not Initialized Audio source do not connect to transmitter. Press the power button of Transmitter, restart the Transmitter. Check the connect between the audio source and transmitter. The sound change and controller distance become near. Speaker battery or controller battery is almost out. Change the battery

Operational Description

CHARACTER OF CIRCUIT Transmitter Portion Transmitter’s circuit portion consists of sources power, audio simulation, Digital Converter portion, MCU operation portion and RF transmitter. 1. Power source circuit portion: Power source portion including 5V power supply portion and 2.7V power supply portion. 5V power supply portion consists of power source voltage-stabilizing IC(U6) and matching filtering capacitance(C25,C27,C29,C31),etc 2.7V power supply portion was reduced voltage by diode and consists of filtering capacitance(C32,C33,C34). 2. Audio simulation and Digital Converter portion consists of (U3)audio input network of IC (R8,R9,C12,C10,C11),IC(U3) and exterior organ(R7,R6,R5,R4,C14,C15,C6,C17,C18).And input digital signal which have been converted to MCU to operate. 3. MCU circuit portion consists of U9, exterior crystal circuit(Y1,C7,C8,R18),EEROM circuit portion(U1,R31,R32,R33),reset circuit portion(R38,C9) and exterior organ of U9(R11,LED2,R2,R3,D4,C19,C20,C21,C1,C4,C5,C6). 4. RF transmit circuit portion consist of RF transmit chip (U5), RF transmit power magnify audion Q1, output filtering network, transmit antenna. transmitter consist of U5 and its exterior organ(R27,R28,R26,C22,C23,C36,C37,Q2,C41,C42,C39,C43,C44,C45,C46,C47,R21,C48,C40,L 1),RF output signal was sent by output matching network(L2,C50,L3,C51) to magnify audion circuit(Q1,R23,R24,R22,L7) which after magnified, to send transmit antenna for radiate in sky by low-pass filtering network. Receiver Portion Receiver circuit portion consist of power source, antenna of receiver, RF input which is matching network portion, RF receiving circuit portion, MCU operation circuit portion, audio with simulation convert circuit portion. 1. Wireless signal was sent to chip of receiver(U7) with circumjacent organ(C90,C67,C68,C70,C71,C73,Q3,C74,C75,R40,C78,C79,C80,C81,C82,C83,R41) by antenna of receiver and RF input which is matching network portion(L10,C87,84L9,C86,L8,C65),then chip of receiver send signal to MCU operation portion. MCU operation portion consist of (U4) with Circumjacent organ (C60,C59,C63,C62,R29,D6,R30,R37), EEROM circuit portion (U13,R34,R35,R36),crystal circuit(Y2,C3,C58,R13),reset circuit portion(R1,C61). 2. MCU operation portion send signal which has been operated to digital audio with simulation convert compatible audio magnify portion(U12), circumjacent organ(C64,C65,C66), simulation audio which was outputed by output electrolyte capacitive, to be consist of course of complete signal receive, operate, convert and magnify.
