Instruction Purposed Dim-28W replaceable self-ballasted adaptor, the unit shall set-in a housing of GX10q-1 IEC standard lamp holder to rate the bare CFL with lamps shall usage that same standard lamp base. It is replaceable ballasted adaptor when installed in the lamp holder as combination will able rating compact fluorescent, as source will be conservation environment. This replaceable Dim-28W ballasted adaptor is allow user replacement when using in the lighting applications is able practical return from supermarkets, shopping centers, retail stores, and gymnasium place readily back to manufacturer for recycling. 2. Characteristics The function of Dim-28W ballasted adaptor will have preheated instant start, long-life and high lumen output, and protection that end of life, which has been required by IEC. The circuit of ballast is designed to perform up to the industry standards by using less Electricity. The lamp and adaptor can operate under -15 °C below zero degrees Celsius. The testing results by we own Lab shown that Dim-28W ballasted adaptor to rate compact fluorescent only uses 20% of the electricity compared and equivalent to an incandescent. 3. Directions 1) For Safety purposes, the lamp holder in the fixture must be powered off before being installed, changed or replace it. 2) This self ballasted adaptor with have dimming device. In order to keep the lamp’s high performance do not dim to 30% and less. 3) This ballasted adaptor can be performed under environmental areas in temperature from -15° C to 45° C, it able uses in enclosed fixture no high than 75 °Celsius or damp location. 4). Please check the power, voltage and contacts of the lamp holder in fixtures in order to incase the ballasted adaptor performs abnormal signs such as the light blinking or the light turns off suddenly. 5). For replacing ballasted adaptor please release lamp first, do not hold the tube by the hands while changing or cleaning the lamp then take it off from housing and putting a new one. The proper way is to hold the lamp by the plastic housing. 4. Warning This device complies with Part 18 of the FCC Rules. This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be installed near maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45–30 MHz. The EUT can work together with 3 type’s lamp bulb: 13W/18W/23W, so we test with these three type bulbs and the data was included in this report. The test data was only good for the test sample. It may have deviation for other test sample.
