In the external photos, there are several connectors on each unit labeled Tx, Rx, VHF, UHF, etc. The block diagram does not clearly identify these ports. Please provide labels on the block diagram the same as on the externalphotos. > 6. Page 5 of the operation description shows a table identifying 6 RDU Bands: 700LTE, 850Cellular, 1900 PCS, AWS-1, VHF, UHF. Testing data appears to represent only some of these bands. Please revise the operation description to show the frequencies associated with each port and clearly identify which bands the device being certified is capable of transmitting in, and which bands will not be capable of transmitting. > 7. Similar to item 6 above, pages throughout the user manual show capability in bands not tested. Please provide an attestation letter confirming that the product will be capable of operation only in the bands tested and that it will not be possible for users and installers to enable in other bands. > 8. The block diagram shows USB ports on the units. Please describe the use and connection of the USB ports. > 9. In test report RF exposure section, please indicate whether the specified antenna gain is dBi or dBd. > 10. Please indicate if the antenna gain specified will the highest gain antenna authorized for use with the product. The user manual does not provide any information about antenna gain. If the 2 dB antenna gain is the highest allowed, itwill be noted in the grant condition. If higher gain antennas are possible, the grant condition will require RF exposure evaluation at each installation. > 11. Emission designator information was not entered in the application form. Please provide emission designators (i.e DXW, GXW, D7W) for each band of operation. > 12. The licensed device measurement procedure for radiated spurious emissions is ANSI/TIA/EIA 603-C-2004 using the substitution method. Radiated measurements in the test report were performed using ANSI C63.4:2003 field strengthmethod. Please revise the test report to provide measurements and reference to ANSI/TIA/EIA-603-C-2004. > 13.
