This application covers only the system configuration with host/master unit connected to a base station in the uplink path; operations if any with host/master unit connected to antenna or amplifier in the uplink require separate equipment authorization. This filing has compliance demonstration information and test data only for SISO (single-input single-output) booster system configurations; additional equipment authorization is required to allow this device to be used in MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) industrial booster systems. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be fixed-mounted on outdoor/indoor permanent structures. Users and installers must be provided with appropriate antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions, including antenna co-location requirements of Sec. 1.1307(b)(3), for satisfying RF exposure compliance. RF exposure will be addressed at time of installation and licensing. The single unit RF Exposure compliance using a 17dBi antenna requires a minimum separation distance between persons and the antenna of 5.5 meters.
