Emergency Button/ LED •Learning-in the Halo Transmitter Press the Emergency button, a radio signal will be transmitted to the Control Panel. Please refer to the learn-in procedure of your Control Panel for further instruction. •Operation ➢ To dial Emergency Line: Press once on the Emergency button, the GREEN LED will illuminate for .5 seconds and transmit the message to the Control Panel. ➢ Sleep Mode: -The Halo Transmitter ships in “Sleep Mode” to conserve battery life -Pressing the Emergency Button once will cause the Transmitter to exit Sleep Mode •Battery & Electrical Specifications ➢ Frequency: 312 MHz ➢ Battery: CR2032, 3V 230mAh ➢ Battery life: Typical life expectancy of 3 yrs at an average use rate of one activation per day. ➢ Open Field Range: Approximately 500 ft. ➢ Low battery status: when the battery voltage is below the threshold, the Halo Transmitter will indicate a low battery by illuminating the RED LED for .5 seconds when the Emergency button is pressed. The low battery signal will be transmitted to the Control Panel. A supervisory message will be sent during a low battery state once every 6 hours.
