Operational Description

Applicant: Ho Lee Co., Ltd. FCC ID: Y4TGD003-1 Operation Description The transmitter use a MICREL chip MICRF113 and MCU (PIC16F616), most of function can be finished by these chips. Such as press tact button detective, and MCU encode, and data transmit. The transmitter is made of U2 (RF manage CHIP MICRF113). Clock oscillator is made of U2 internal circuit and C13, C14 surrounding circuit, they are make up RF transmitter circuit. The tact button, R4, R3, and U1 I/O (PIN12, PIN13) etc, they make up function choice circuit. The MCU (PIC16F616) execute encode, and LED1, LED2, display operation station. Once start the press button switch, U1 will finish all the data code internal and modulate, then enlarged by internal circuit, then these data of code will drive U2(micrf113), at last it delivered to the air by antenna. After the receiver code connect together successfully. When receiver gets code, it will drive LED, and motor execute itself operation. Antenna is formed by a copper trace on the PCB. Common grounding on PCB is not connected to real external ground. Power supply is DC 3V by two โ€œAG13โ€ batteries.
