This professional wireless microphone system adopt American extremely high sensitivity UHF technology, multi-channel locking, digital pilot frequency, UHF multi-channel PLL circuit. double switching surge cancellation circuit, slowly change output control technology, to make every system have outstanding performance after strict quality supervision. Attentions 1. To ventilate fully, the smallest gap around equipment is longer than 30cm 2. The air vent should not be covered by things such as the newspaper, tablecloth and curtain hindering ventilation. 3.The exposed flame source like a lighted candle should not be laid aside on the equipment. 4. Should not use the water or the wet cloth to clean the equipment, to avoid damages of the equipment. 5. The equipment should not suffer the waterdrop or the water splashes.The equipment should not be laid aside by such as the vase full of liquid. 6. The abandoned battery is influential to the environment, please put in the assigned recycling box. The use of microphone 1. screw the inside tube, install two 1.5V batteries correctly. 2. power switch: push up (on) to turn on, push down (off) to turn off. 3. “set” button, press the set button for a short while to lock, the display would indicate locking, press the button for a short while again to deblocking. The display would not indicate locking. Double click set button to be mute, the display indicate “mute”, double click the set button again to open audio function, it work normally, the display would not indicate “mute”. 4. Up button: select channels upward 5. Down button: select channels downward 6. Battery indicator. When the battery is full, it would indicate full grid. When the battery fall off, it would indicate the grid unfill with. When the battery flash, it means you have to change battery in time. 7. Infrared ray pilot frequency. When piloting, the handheld microphone should be on and unlocked. Face the receiver infrared ray part in 2 M. When pilot successfully, the display of handheld microphone would brighten up, and it indicate the same frequency with receiver. Operational Description When press the switch SW1, connecting 3V to IC1 supply, IC1 outputs two sets of stable voltage (5V and 7V). Audio signal is amplified through R18 to U1, IC3 compression, send to IC5 (VCO) modulation. the control data from microcontroller IC2 through the R46, R47, R48 to IC4, then the control data from IC4 8-pin output through R50 to IC5. A stability frequency signal (648-697.750MHz) was produced by the IC5, then the signal is amplified by Q11Q12Q7, and send out by antenna.
Tune up Procedure 1. FREQUENCY ADJUSTMENT a) Press the “Up” button, select channels upward, for the operating frequency. Press the “Down” button, select channels downward, for the operating frequency. b) Specification: Frequancy range: 648-697.750 MHz. Frequency stability: ±0.005%. 2. TX POWER a) power switch: push up (on) to turn on, push down (off) to turn off. b) Check the Tx power. The tune up is fixed by the manufacturer. c) Specification: 10dBm.
