Binding 1. With the PCS PCB powered up and in normal operation mode, install the included suitcase jumper onto JMP3. See Figure 1. Figure 1 2. Verify that LED’s D22 and D50 are lit. See Figure 1. D50 JMP3 D22 Verifi® PC Board Programming Instructions Programming the Board 2 3. Slowly swipe a magnet over the surface of the Drum Temperature Sensor. Note: The magnet must pass over the magnetic reed switch. See Figure 2. Figure 2 4. Continue to swipe the magnet over the Drum Temperature Sensor until D22 begins to flash. See Figure 1. 5. Remove the suitcase jumper from JMP3. See Figure 1. Installation Preparation 1. Drill a 9/16” hole in the drum inspection hatch. 2. Apply silicon adhesive to the potted side of the Drum Temperature Sensor. Sensor Installation 1. With the body of the sensor lined up with the long axis of the drum. Line up the Drum Temperature Sensors tip with the 9/16” hole in the inspection hatch. 2. Firmly press the Sensor into place. 3. Wipe away any excess adhesive that may squeeze out. 4. Allow the silicon adhesive to cure before returning the truck to service.
