Open the display box, insert 4 AA batteries into the battery pack. 2. Switch on the battery pack by ticking the small switch to the on position. 3. Open the respective battery door of the weighing pads and pull out the battery pack. 4. Insert each pad with 4 AA batteries , insert back the four AA batteries. 5. Power on the pads by pressing the small tact switch near the handle of the pad. 6. The red LED next to the handle should light up. If it looks dim or cannot light up, replace with four new AA batteries. 7. Put the respective weighing pads next to the wheels to be weighed. 8. Make sure that the right pads at the right position as follows; 4 x Aluminium Ramper (Option parts) F R F L RR R RL 4 wireless weighing pads FR, FL, RR, LR, -front right, front left, rear right, left rear With the direction of handle pointing to the display unit box As shown in the set up configuration above. 9. Power up the indicator by pressing on / off. Wait until the reading of weight all showing zero or press “tare” to zero. Press “unit” to choose metric or imperial. If the display shows “L Bat”, replace the 4 x AA batteries. 10. Test each pad if it weigh correctly. If not, press “tare” to zero again and test until it weigh correctly. 11. Lift the vehicle up and put the respective center of the pad under and align with the center of the tire. Never press “zero” if the vehicle is on the pads otherwise the vehicle has to be removed and reset zero again. 12. While the car is on the pads. Shake each of the corners of the car up and down to relieve out any residue stress or friction within the chassis. 13. The car total weigh, individual weigh of each wheel load as well as it’s percentage to the total weigh will shown accordingly at once. 14. The center of gravity “dot” will show to indicate how the actual center of gravity move. 15. Press on/off of the display unit to power off the unit. 16. Press the tact switch of the each pad to off the pads. Make sure the LEDs are all off.
