All data rates were investigated to determine the worst case configuration. All modes of operation were investigated and the worst case configuration results are reported in this section. The minimum permissible attenuation level of any spurious emission is 43 + log 10 (P [Watt…

Output power listed is ERP for frequencies below 1 GHz and EIRP for frequencies above 1 GHz. SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the specific configurations tested for this filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to the specific belt-clips / holsters / accessories tested for this filing, and to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 1.0 cm separation between the device and the user's body. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This device supports LTE Rel. 10 in accordance with KDB 941225 D05A LTE Rel. 10 KDB Inquiry Sheet v01, with the limitations and restrictions described in this filing. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory, product specific (wireless router), and simultaneous transmission use conditions is 0.52 W/kg, 1.03 W/kg, 1.03 W/kg, and 1.49 W/kg, respectively. HAC Rating: M3 T3 - 2011 Some T Coil tests have not been performed as permitted by the Commission policy. This device also contains functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. This filing is only applicable for US operations.
