Power output listed is ERP for bands below 1 GHz and EIRP for bands above 1 GHz. Values listed for LTE operations are for highest power and widest bandwidth for each LTE band and modulation. This device supports LTE bandwidths of: 5/10 MHz under Part 27F (LTE Band 17, 704-716 MHz); 1.4/3/5/10 MHz under Part 22H (LTE Band 5, 824-849 MHz); 1.4/3/5/10/15/20 MHz under Part 24E (LTE Band 2, 1850-1910 MHz) and Part 27L (LTE Band 4, 1710-1755 MHz). SAR compliance for body-worn accessory operation is based on a separation distance of 1.5 cm between the unit and the body of the user. Belt clips, holsters and other body-worn accessories may not contain metallic components. End-users must be informed of the body worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions are 0.60 W/kg, 0.68 W/kg, and 1.19 W/kg respectively. HAC Rating: M3/T4:2011. Some T-coil tests have not been performed as permitted by the Commission policy. This device also contains functions that are not operational in U.S. territories.
