▪ LG-US995 FCC ID Label form Note! We, LG Electronics MobileComm USA, state that our device, FCC ID: ZNFUS995, has a FCC ID label back side of the phone and it’s covered by the rear case. However, users must open the rear case to insert SIM card to activate the phone, so FCC ID label is visible to the users as they purchase the product and insert the SIM card.
