Users Manual

All pictures are for illustrative purposes only, actual product may vary due to product optimization MAX4 3D printer There is QIDI Studio slicing software in the USB flash drive. After installing and operating it, you can learn how to use the software in the User Manual. Do not place the machine near flammable or explosive materials or high-temperature sources. Please place the machine in a ventilated, cool, and low-dust environment. Ensure the machine is powered off (unplug power cord) before performing maintenance or modifications. Modifying system files or installing non-official plugins constitutes a voluntary waiver of official technical support. Users assume all risks associated with such actions, including firmware malfunctions, system failures, or other issues, which are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. To restore the original system state, perform a "Factory Reset" via the settings interface. There are manuals, slicer software and other related information in the USB flash drive. (The information in the USB flash drive may not be the latest. You can obtain the latest information by contacting the After-sales Service marked at the end.) If the machine is not used for a long time, please pay attention to protect the printer from dust and damp. If the machine is in standby mode for a long time, please unplug the power of it. Regular maintenance of the printer is essential. When the printer is powered off, use a dry cloth to clean the printer body, removing dust, residual filaments, and foreign objects from the optical axes. The linear guides and Z-axis lead screws require periodic cleaning and lubrication. After printing, use the residual temperature of the print head to clean the filament around the nozzle with the dedicated tools in time. Do not touch either of these parts with your bare hands. Do not place the printer in a vibrating or other unstable environment. Otherwise the shaking of the machine will affect the printing quality. There is a potential risk of burns: the print head of the QIDI printers can reach temperatures above 300 °C, while the hot bed can reach temperatures above 100 °C. Do not touch either of these parts with your bare hands. The printer contains high-speed moving parts, so be careful of hands pinching. Children should be under constant supervision when using QIDI products. Never reach inside QIDI printers while they are in operation. Before applying power to the machine, check that the voltage is correct. The printer is heavy, so it is recommended to take it out with the help of another person. *Keep packaging materials and screws for shipping ① ② Install the Door Handle Plug in the Power Cable and Power on Take out the door handle, 3x8 screws, and plastic plugs from the accessory box. First, insert the plastic plugs into the corresponding holes, then align the handle with the holes on the glass, and fasten it with the 3x8 screws. Take out the power cord from the accessory box, plug the power cord into a power outlet, and turn on the power switch. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the startup setup. *Before powering on, ensure the voltage label near the power socket matches your region. Remove the Lead Screw Protectors Unlock the Hot Bed Pull out the plastic protective covers on top of the left and right lead screws to remove them. During the removal process, the lead screws may shake slightly, which is a normal phenomenon. Remove the foam protective pads that secure the platform. Unlock the Print Head Load Filament 1.Remove the foam protective pads that secure the peint head. 1.Install the filament extension rack on the extension bracket fixing block. 2.Install the Filament Spool Holder on the Filament Extension Rack. 2.Take out the print head box. ① ② Take out the PTFE tube from the accessory box. Insert one end into the pneumatic head of the filament extension rack, and pass the other end through the feed port on the back of the machine (it needs to go through two pneumatic heads). Then pass it through the PTFE clip on the track chain, and finally insert it into the feed port of the print head. Insert the filament into the PTFE tube and keep pushing until the filament is fully inserted into the extruder gear and can no longer be pushed. Click the button to start printing. *Pre-saved models files use PLA Rapido filament by default. *It is recommended to install the holder cover on the filament spool holder to prevent loss. Tips 1. Some other brands of ABS filaments are less heat resistant and it is recommended to set the chamber temperature no more than 55 degrees Celsius. Otherwise the filaments may be softened in advance and cause clogging. 2.
