Trouble shooting Problems Solutions Cannot connect successfully please check if the speaker is in standby mode or is it disturbed by other Bluetooth devices, please turn them off if yes. Music cannot plays consistently please if it is used over working distance, or ther e are barriers between speaker and music players.
