Crowded place. ■ This product has been tested and manufactured to comply with each country’s safety rules. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a few particular installation. If the interference is happened, increase the separation distance between RECON X5TX and RECON X5RX. ■ RECON X5 is susceptible to interference from 5GHz wireless device, such as router or other wireless device. ■ Do not put RECON X5TX and RECON X5RX in a metal rack, which may hinder the wireless communication. ■ When wireless transmission is beginning, the product takes about 15-20 seconds to start the system, the media receiver can not be operated during this time. ■ Do Install the external antennas before use.

We build the module into our product without any modification except for the software/firmware. We disabled 2.4 GHz, 5.3 GHz and 5.6 GHz bands. Only these radio mode and channels listed below are allowed to operate. 5.2 GHz band: 802.11n-HT20 with 5180 MHz & 5220 MHz and 802.11n-HT40 with 5190 MHz & 5230 MHz. 5.8 GHz band: 802.11n-HT20 with 5745 MHz & 5785 MHz and 802.11n-HT40 with 5755 MHz & 5795 MHz.
