(Included) To install battery: Remove six screws from back of case, separate case and install battery into holder. Snap case back together and reinstall six screws being careful not to over‐tighten. 2) Base (Receiver) ‐ Is operated with eight AA or eight C cell batteries. (Not included) To install batteries: Loosen two screws on battery door and remove door. Install desired batteries. (Note: if using AA batteries the four adapter tubes must be used). Orient the batteries as per the directions shown in each cavity within the holder. Note that the battery polarity alternates. 3) Battery Carrier & Adaptor Tubes – The battery carrier was designed as a removable component. The carrier can be removed from the battery compartment and unplugged to separate it from the unit. The battery carrier was designed to receive both C‐cell and AA batteries. Base carrier is designed for C‐cell and by inserting AA batteries in the tube adaptors; they will power the unit using the same carrier. Note: For maximum performance use high quality batteries. Tip: 1) Be prepared... pack replacement batteries and a coin or straight screwdriver in your game caller bag. 2) To prolong battery life in cold conditions, hand warmers can be used between the ground and battery door to radiate heat to the batteries. 2.0 Caller Operation: 1) Power on a) For Base unit, switch On/Off Rocker to the on position. b) For Remote, there is no on / off button: just press button for desired function. The Remote only consumes power from the internal battery when a button is pressed. 2) Power Off a) Switch On/Off rocker to the off position on the base unit. Remote needs no shut down. 3) Selecting sound to be played (sounds are designed to start softly and increase in volume then fade out when stopped) a) Simply press the numeric key of the sound that is desired, i.e., If you want to play sound one, simply press the 1 key. To play sound 21, simply press the 2 then 1 keys, etc. A sound reference card has been supplied, listing the 25 sounds that are pre‐loaded. b) If a sound with a single digit numeric key is selected, there will be a 2 second delay in the sound starting. This is due to the system waiting for the second digit if a two digit numeric key is required. c) If you select a new sound while a sound is playing, the new sound will replace the current one as the audible sound and the original will stop. 4) Stop a sound(s) a) Press the “Stop” button on the remote when you want to stop the current audible sound. 5 Version 2.3 2014 Caller Operation continued: 5) Play single loop mode or continuous loop mode a) There are two settings in this feature. 1) Single Loop Mode (Default): will play one time in its entirety, and then stop. 2) Continuous Loop Mode: will play in a continuous loop until stopped. To change to the desired mode: Press and hold the “Loop/Mix” button for five seconds. If the unit was in single loop mode, it will now be in continuous play mode. Press and hold the “Loop/Mix” button for five seconds again to take the system back to single loop play. Mode can be changed before a sound is selected or while a sound is playing. Note: The average length of a Johnny Stewart sound is 60 seconds. 6) Volume Control a) While a sound is playing, press the “Vol/0” button then the desired numeric volume level 2‐ 9. (Note: Vol/0 then 1 is MUTE) 7) Mute a) While a sound is playing, press the “Vol/0” button then the 1 button. b) To deactivate Mute, simply press “Vol/0” and desired numeric volume level or the “Stop” button if you do not want to continue the sound. 8) Playing two sounds at one time a) While the first sound is playing, press the “Loop/Mix” button then select the second desired sound. Two sounds will play at the same time until they are stopped. 9) Internal Memory (128 Mb of Storage Space is in the Base Unit) a) The base unit has two 128 Mb flash drives for so…

The maximum emission levels are compared to the FCC Part 15 Subpart C limits radiated emission. The test results are contained in this test report and Audix Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is assumed full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of these measurements.
