FCCRegulations FederalCommunicationCommission(FCC)requiresthatallradiocommunicationproductsshould meettherequirementssetforthintheabovestandardsbeforetheycanbemarketedintheU.S, andthemanufacturershall postaRFlabelontheproducttoinformusersofoperational instructions,soastoenhancetheiroccupationalhealthagainstexposuretoRFenergy. Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttotheconditionthatthis devicedoesnotcauseharmfulinterference. Themanufacturer isnotresponsibleforanyradioorTVinterferencecausedbyunauthorized modificationstothisequipment.suchmodificationscouldvoidtheuser'sauthoritytooperate thisequipment.
