Theapplicantagreestosupplytherequirednumberofproductsamples,tobedeterminedbyVistaLabs, tothelaboratoryfortesting,measurement,andevaluationpurposes.Theclientunderstandsthatcertain testsmaydamageordestroythesampleandacknowledgethatVistaLabsisnotresponsibleforsuch damages.Sampleswillbereturnedonlyuponrequestbytheapplicantandattheapplicant’sexpense, afterthecompletionofcertification.Sampleswillbedisposedofaftersixmonthsifnotrequestedfor returnbyapplicant. ChangestotheproductmustbeapprovedbyVistaLaboratories.VistaLabsreservestherighttore- evaluatetheproductasaresultofinformationthatraisesquestionsconcerningtheconformanceofthe product.Certifiedproductsmaintainfulfilmentofproductrequirementsifthecertificationappliesto ongoingproduction.Iftheclientprovidescopiesofthe certificationdocumentstootherparties,thedocumentsarereproducedintheirentirety,orasspecifiedin thecertificationscheme.Inmakingreferencetoitsproductcertificationinmedia,suchasbrochuresor advertisement,theclientcomplieswiththerequirementsoftheVistaLabsorasspecifiedbythe certificationscheme.Theclientcomplieswithanyrequirementsthatmaybeprescribedinthecertification schemerelatingtotheuseofmarksofconformity,andonallproductcorrespondencesandproduct relatedinformation.
