IMPORTANT!! – Before removing the ribbon from the battery case of your new Humiditrak sensor, move to a location at least 30 feet away from any other active Humiditrak sensors to ensure the best pairing experience! 3. Remove the ribbon from the battery housing and place the Humiditrak sensor within six inches of your smart phone or tablet. 4. Follow the on screen instructions to begin pairing the sensor. 5. Replace depleted batteries before reaching 5% remaining power. If Humiditrak device is to be unused for several months, remove battery. SERVICE AND REPAIR. Your Humiditrak device should be returned to the manufacturer in the event any of the following events occur which seem to inhibit the device’s function or causes the device to deliver inaccurate, erratic, or intermittent data. (1) The internal electronics are damaged; (2) the device has been submerged or subjected to any introduction of liquids or other significant moisture; (3) the device has obvious signs of damage from impact; (4) any indication that the information relayed to the smart phone app deviates significantly from the observed environmental conditions.
