What should I do when my device fails to connect to the network? Answer: 1. Please check whether your device is powered on and turned on. 2. Whether the phone and device are in the same Wi-Fi network 3. If the network is normal, but the device network connection still fails, check whether the router is overloaded. You can disable a device’s Wi-Fi feature to reserve the channel for resource reallocation. 4. Please confirm whether the entered router password is correct, pay attention to whether there is a Wi-Fi account or password before and after Space and capitalization issues. 5. Please check whether the connected Wi-Fi is a 2.4G network If there are other questions, please go to the APP and select "Me"-->"FAQ& Feedback" to find the corresponding problem solution.
