Please contact your service provider for more information. What’s In The Box? How To Set Up Your Wireless Charger Pad 1. Choose a flat location with easy access to a working electric plug socket to power your wireless charger 2. Clean the surface from oils or dust to ensure a strong hold 3. Peel the micro-suction sticker o of the base and press down to fix into place 4. We provide a choice of 4 adapters so people all over the world can enjoy this product - choose an adapter which is right for you a. If you need to remove the EU plug, just push to release b. Keep hold of these adapters, they may come in handy if you travel abroad 5. Unravel your USB-C cable and plug it into your chosen adapter 6. Plug the other end of the cable into your Wireless Charger Pad 7. The light on your charger will flash twice showing that it’s ready to use How To Wall Mount Your Wireless Charger Pad 1. Make sure the wall you’re attaching it to is clean and free from dust 2. The adhesive we use is both strong and gentle so it will hold firmly but shouldn't damage your walls when you remove it. Keep in mind that it’s only good for one application, so when it’s up, it’s up! 3. There are two sides to the adhesive tab: a yellow side and a white side. Peel the yellow side o first and attach the pad to the base of the charger 4. Then peel o the white side and attach to the wall How To Safely And Best Use Your Wireless Charger Pad • If you’re using an accessory with your phone case, for example a Mous Card Wallet, please remove it as it may aect the charge performance • Limitless 3.0 contains magnets to allow perfect fast charging every time. Ensure magnets snap to position otherwise your mobile device may not charge properly • Ensure there are no metallic objects between the charging pad and your phone as this may interfere with the wireless charging • For best charging performance, we recommend you use the Mous supplied adapter and cable • For best results, use a Limitless 3.0 case on your mobile device • If you are not using a Limitless 3.0 case your phone won’t align into place - you will need to ensure your phone is as central as possible to get the most ecient charge LED Indication Key • White LED flashes twice: correct power has been plugged into the board • Solid white light: product is connected to charger • No light: product on standby • Constant flashing white LED light: input voltage instability/voltage stringing between circuits • We recommend you unplug your charger • Make sure you're using the Mous adapter that came with your wireless charger • If there’s still a problem when using the Mous adapter please contact us • Flashing red LED light: over voltage/low voltage/over current/over temperature/foreign object detection/circuit failure • Please check for foreign objects and remove if found • If this doesn’t solve the problem, unplug your charger and contact us Important Safety Instructions - Warning Read all instructions and warnings prior to using this product. X Do not use the wireless charger in excess of its output rating. Overloading outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons. X Do not disassemble this product or attempt to repurpose or modify it in any manner. X Do not attempt to replace any part of this device. Any modification or disassemblement may result in a void of warranty. X Use of a power supply or charger not recommended by Mous may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
