It consists of a highly integrated RF processing chip (EFR32MG13P732F512GM48), a few peripherals, a 802.15.4 PHY/MAC Zigbee network protocol stack, and rich library functions. 1 / 24 1 Product overview 1 Product overview ZS4S-IPEX is embedded with a low-power 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 core, 512-KB flash program memory, 64-KB RAM, and rich peripherals. It integrates all function li- braries of the Zigbee MAC and TCP/IP.
