If you need a full manual please download it from our of௭icial website: www.gzxlscan.com Firmware Version: Firmware version will be displayed by scanning “$SW#VER”. Barcode Programming $SW#VER Netum barcode scanners are factory programmed for the most common terminal and communications settings. If you need to change these settings, programming is accomplished by scanning the bar codes in this guide. An asterisk (*) next to an option indicates the default setting. Important Notes : Manycommandbarcodesonlyworkwithscannerinaparticularconnection mode. Please pay attention to below symbol when you scanning the command barcodes. Command barcodes only apply to scanner work via Bluetooth connection. Command bacodes only apply to scanner work via Wireless Connection. Command bacodes only apply to scanner work via USB Wired Connection Connection Way Scanner can be connected to your device via bluetooth, USB receiver or USB cable, you can choose one of the connection way to connect scanner with your device. Working Via USB Cable Get Started: Connect scanner with your device via USB cable. If you use US keyboard, it's plug and play. If you use other type of keyboard , please refer to "keyboard language" to con௭igure the keyboard language before you use it. III W (2) Working Via USB Dongle (Wireless Mode) Get Started: Plug the USB dongle on your computer. If you use US keyboard, it's plug and play. If you use other type of keyboard , please refer to "keyboard language" to con௭igure the keyboard language before use it. %#IFSN0$1 *Wireless Transmit Working Via Bluetooth Get Started: Scan “Working via Bluetooth”,pairing the bluetooth. US Keyboard is set by default if you use other types of keyboard please con௭igure keyboard language before you use it. Important Notes: %#IFSNO$4 Working via Bluetooth ȈMake sure the device is in range with Bluetooth turned on. ȈPressing the scan button will initiate the attempts to connect. ȈIf a connection is made, the blue light will stop blinking and turn solid. ȈIf a connection is not made after several attempts, the scanner will emit a long beep (and the blue light will turn off). ȈBluetooth working channel is not set by default. If you want to work via bluetooth, you have to scan command barcode of “Working via bluetooth” before pairing. If you want to shift from bluetooth working channel to RF Wireless channel, you have to scan “ RF Wireless Transmit” then plug the USB receiver into your device. WWWWWWWW (3) Basic Mode (HID) (default) ȈNO software installation needed ȈConnects to most devices ȈScanner interacts with host device like a keyboard AT+MODE=2 Application Mode (Apple Speci௭௭ic Serial Pro௭ile) ȈFor Android or Windows ȈSoftware installation is required ȈIfyouhaveanapplicationthatsupportsthisisthemoderecommended AT+MODE=3 Applicatin Mode (Serial Port Pro௭ile) ȈFor iOS Devices ȈIf you have an iOS application that supports our Scanners this is the mode to use Important Notes: AT+MODE=1 If you want to shift from HID to SPP or BLE just scan the Corresponding command barcode. If you want to shift from SPP or BLE to HID mode, ௭irst ignore (or delete) "Netum ̶՜ turn off ՜ scan command barcode of ՜ Open the bluetooth ՜ re-pair it. RF Exposure Requirements Product Description: Barcode Scanner Model No.: DS1000, DS2800, DS3500, DS5000, DS5500, DS7100, DS7500, DS8100, DS8500, DS9000, DS9100, DS9500, DS9900 FCC ID: 2ANYC-DS1000 According to the KDB 447498 D01 v06 section 4.3.1, for 100 MHz to 6 GHz and test separation distances ≤ 50 mm, the 1-g and 10-g SAR test exclusion thresholds are determined by the following: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)] · [√f(GHz)] ≤ 3.0 for 1-g SAR and ≤ 7.5 for 10-g extremity SAR, where - f(GHz) is the RF channel transmit frequency in GHz - Power and distance are rounded to the nearest mW and mm before calculation - The result is rounded to one decimal place for comparison Calculation Result: Tx frequency range: 2402-2480MHz Min. test separation distance: 5mm Maximum Conducted Output Power: -3.80dBm Tune-Up output power:-3dBm RF channel transmit frequency: 2480MHz Result: 0.2 Limit: 3.0 The exclusion thresholds is 0.2 < 3, so the transmitter complies with the RF exposure requirements and the SAR is not required.
