FAQ Charging case in low battery power White light rapidly flashes for 5s then goes out / When earbuds are fully charged by the charging case, the indicator of charging case White light goes out/ 1. The charging case still has battery power, but why the earbuds can not be charged? A. For the first time use, please confirm that whether the insulation film of the earbuds is removed or not. B. Wipe the pins (golden part) of the earbuds and the charging case with a clean cotton cloth to ensure that there are no foreign objects. (If there is sweat or liquid on the charging pins of the charging case and the earbuds, it may cause corrosion to the earbuds. Please clean as necessary and then put the earbuds back into the charging case.) 2. Why is there a jamming when using the earbuds? Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth earbuds, the electromagnetic wave interference in the area may cause temporary jamming. 4. How to reset b) Mono mode instructions: c) Left earbud connected to device A and right earbud connected to device B instructions: Press and hold the MFB on a single earbud for 2 seconds in power-off state to turn it on or open the charging case, take out a single earbud and close the charging case. Double click the MFB on the single earbud, the earbud will enter pairing mode, and a voice prompt “Pairing” will follow and the indicator of the earbud will flash red and white light alternately. At this time, turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone, search “HolyHigh ET3” and click to pair. After the pairing is successful, the earbud will prompt you with “Connected”.
