Asanalternative(providedthetransmitteroperatesforlongerthan0.1seconds)orincaseswherethe pulsetrainexceeds0.1seconds,themeasuredfieldstrengthshallbedeterminedfromtheaverage absolutevoltageduringa0.1secondintervalduringwhichthefieldstrengthisatitsmaximumvalues. 8.IftheemissionsleveloftheEUTinpeakmodewas3dBlowerthantheaveragelimitspecified,thentesting willbestoppedandpeakvaluesofEUTwillbereported,otherwise,theemissionswhichdonothave3dB marginwillberepeatedonebyoneusingthequasi-peakmethodforbelow1GHz. 9.Fortestingabove1GHz,theemissionsleveloftheEUTinpeakmodewaslowerthanaveragelimit(that meanstheemissionslevelinpeakmodealsocomplieswiththelimitinaveragemode),thentestingwillbe stoppedandpeakvaluesofEUTwillbereported,otherwise,theemissionswillbemeasuredinaverage modeagainandreported. 10.Incasetheemissionislowerthan30MHz,loopantennahastobeusedformeasurementandthe recordeddatashouldbeQPmeasuredbyreceiver.High-Lowscanisnotrequiredinthiscase.
