If you experience any discomfort or pain, stop using this product and contact your doctor. - planck O1 is a personal care device, and is not intended to used by dental clinics or institutions for multiple patients. - Stop using a brush head with crushed or bent bristles or when planck O1 reminds you the brush head has exceeded its lifespan. Charging Charge the toothbrush before first use. While charging, please note: To ensure optimal usage experience and to enjoy better after-sales service, please follow the steps below to activate the toothbrush using evowera app before first use. - Press function button once or press on/off button once or slightly shake the toothbrush to wake it up. Scan the QR code below or go to app store to download evowera app. Please follow the instruction, register, and log in evowera account. Gently place the toothbrush on the charging dock to avoid the toothbrush from being damaged. QR Code Make sure to connect the charging base to a AC power outlet of a voltage between 100 to 240 V, frequency between 50-60Hz. Wake up the toothbrush - Launch evowera app and log in. Enter device connection page, and then place your toothbrush near your phone. Follow the prompts to complete activation. Note: Make sure your mobile device is connecting to the internet during activation. Retry if activation fails. Contact evowera if activation fails for several times. Brushing Teeth After waking up your toothbrush, when the LCD screen is displaying home page and the toothbrush has not started working: Selecting Brushing Mode - Level by level: the brushing force will increase to a higher level every time you press function button. Note that when the brushing force reaches the highest safe level, it will go down to the lowest if you press function button again. - Skip through levelsPress and hold function button, and the brushing force will increase continuously until you release function button. Note that when the brushing force reaches the highest safe level, it will go down to the lowest and then increase again.
