Attestation of device protocols We attest that this access pointʼs Transmit Power Envelope TPE mechanism contains information elements for power limits when connecting client and/or subordinate devices. The TPE information is found in 802.11 protocol packets that can be read by associated devices. Those packets AP beacons and probe responses) display a regulatory flag that details the 6 GHz device class. 802.11 clients and subordinate devices may view this field, even before associating with the AP. Device restriction acknowledgement We acknowledge that: A. This access point, while operating in the 5.9257.125 GHz band, is supplied power from a wired connection, has an integrated antenna, is not battery-powered, and does not have a weatherized enclosure. B. This device's operation will not be used on oil platforms, cars, trains, boats, and aircraft, except that operation of this device is permitted in large aircraft while flying above 10,000 feet only in the 5.9256.425 GHz band.
