The asset tag has a unique device ID number, When the tag passes through the locator, the tag senses the area number of the locator and sends a positioning number signal to the server. The server software draws the corresponding trajectory map according to the positioning number. When the asset tag is removed illegally, an alarm message is automatically generated and sent to the server. An alarm message will also be generated when reaching the forbidden area. 2. Product composition The asset tag is mainly composed of a plastic shell, a circuit board, a touch button, and a lithium battery. As shown in Figure 1 below. Auxiliary material: 3M double‐sided tape. Working voltage: 3VDC. 3. Working temperature and humidity: 5 °C ‐40 °C, 0‐90% RH. 4. Atmospheric pressure: 860hPa‐1060hPa 5. Size: length * width * thickness = 40mm * 40mm * 8mm 6. Equipment battery capacity: 3.2VDC, 200mAh 4. Installation This product is bound to the equipment that needs to be tracked. The bottom of the label can be placed with our 3M back adhesive. According to the control space of the device, it can be placed in the empty space of it. At this time, the binding information will be uploaded, and the software will be bound to the device according to the uniqueness of the ID of the asset tag, and the online status of the device can be checked through the software later. The device will automatically upload positioning information to the server in the area where the locator is deployed. The asset tag has a fixed heartbeat signal sent. The heartbeat signal is received by the reader and then transmitted to the service system software. It can detect whether the asset tag is online, that is, whether the device is in this area. 1. Alarm function in the forbidden area, when the device bound with the asset tag is illegally transferred to the forbidden area, the tag will send an alarm message, and the software will also have an alarm prompt. 2. Illegal dismantling alarm function, when the asset tag is deliberately destroyed and dismantled, the tag will send a dismantling alarm signal, and the system software will give an alarm message and a prompt voice. 3. Positioning function, the asset tag automatically sends a positioning signal to the server according to the locator, and the server draws a trajectory map according to the positioning signal. 3 5. Precautions 1. When installing and using, please notice that the label cannot be placed inside the metal of the device, and it should be placed in a metal‐free space, which will not affect the operation of the device. 2. This product is with a built‐in battery. If it is damaged and unavailable, do not discard it freely. Please placed them together and contact with us. 3. This product is not waterproof, so pay attention not to place it nearby the water area. 4. When disassembling and replacing the asset tag, be careful not to dismantle it forced. You can heat the equipment, such as use a hot air blower, and heat the 3M glue to easily remove the tag. 6. Maintenance 1.
