When the device has a low battery, the power key indicator lamp turns yellow from blue, accompanied by a voice prompt: “low battery”. At this time, you may charge the device by connecting the USB cable to an adapter that meets the standards of household appliances (output range:5V 1-2A) or to a computer USB port. While charging, the yellow lamp flashes; when the massager is fully charged, the blue lamp is always on. It takes around 4 hours for the device to be fully charged, after which, the device can be used for 3-4 hours. 2. Before use, first wet the skin of the cervical spine with a wet towel, and then wear the product on the neck, so that the electrode is attached the skin of the cervical spine. Then, adjust the position of the product, turn on the device and adjust the appropriate massage intensity and mode. 3. Press and hold “ ” for two seconds to power on the device (with voice prompt: Hi, SKG. ). 4. Enter “smart mode” with default level 0. When the device is on, each time you press the “ “you switch one mode in cycle among four modes (the voice prompts “Smart mode”, “Relax mode”, “Active mode”, “Physical therapy mode” when the mode is switched). Every time when you switch the mode, the intensity returns to the default level 0. When the device is on, you may press and hold for two seconds to turn o the device, accompanied by a voice prompt “Bye”. 5. “+” is the intensity increase button and Voice ON key. For each short-press, the voice prompts corresponding levels such as “level 1”, “level 2” ......to increase one level. The intensity includes 15 levels (0, 1, 2 ... 15). Press “+” when the intensity reaches 14 and the voice prompts: “max.”. Then press “+” again and the voice still prompts “max.” with unchanged intensity. A long-press “+” turn on voice function. Press “+” for two seconds to turn on the voice, and voice prompt “audio mode” is given. 6. “-” is the intensity decrease button and Voice O key. For each short-press, the voice prompts corresponding levels such as “level 14”, “level 13” ......to increase one level. The intensity includes 15 levels (15, 14, 13...... 0). Press “-” when the intensity reaches 1 and the voice prompts: “min.”. Then press “-” again and the voice still prompts “min.” with unchanged intensity. A long-press “-” turn on voice function. Press “-” for two seconds to turn o the voice, and voice prompt “mute mode” is given. 7. “ ” is the heating adjusting button. Press once to start heating and the voice prompts: “Low-level hot compress”. The electrode is heated while its temperature is kept at 38±2°C; Press twice, the medium level is activated, when the voice prompt "Medium heat" is given while the electrode temperature is kept at 40±2°C; Press three times, the high level is activated, when the voice prompt "high level hot compress" is given, while the electrode is kept at 42±2°C; Press again to turn o the heating, and the voice prompt: “Stop heating”. 8. When the product is properly worn and used, the main machine is in power-on state; when both heating and massage is not in service, the product will automatically be turned o in about 120s, while the voice prompt "Bye" is given; Once the product is not properly worn, it will get automatically turned o in about 120s, while the voice prompt "Bye" is given. 9. Where the battery is too low, the main machine is powered o automatically while the voice prompt "Bye" is given.
