The antenna(s) used for this transmitter are to be fixed-mounted on outdoor structures. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Antennas used in the UHF band are limited to a maximum total gain of 11.13 dBi for Uplink (Total Gain = Peak Antenna Gain (12 dBi) + Cable Loss (-1.87 dB)) and 1.13 dBi for Downlink (Total Gain = Peak Antenna Gain (3 dBi) + Cable Loss (-1.87 dB)). This transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 55 cm from all persons. RF Exposure is addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-locating requirements of 1.1307(b)(3).
