smartwatch Thank you for choosing our smart watch. By reading this manual, you can fully understand how to use the device. This device is mainly connected to the mobile phone through Bluetooth, which provides a variety of practical functions and services to facilitate your operation of the mobile phone, and has developed many functions aimed at human sports and health. Our company reserves the right to modify the contents of this manual without prior notice. This product does not support swimming, hot shower or sauna, and can't prevent water vapor. Paired connection First, use the mobile phone to download the APP“Dafit "to the mobile phone and install it, in two ways; 1. IOS/Android mobile phone users: browse through their mobile phones. Scan the QR code on the right, or scan it with WeChat, open the interface, and then use the mobile browser to open the download; 2. If the watch is turned on for the first time, or the watch is turned on after leaving the factory, the QR code will be displayed before entering the main interface, and the QR code will be scanned by the mobile browser, or scanned by WeChat. After opening the interface, the mobile browser will be used to open the download; Tips: The mobile phone system requires Android5.1 or above and IOS9.0 or above. All permissions during installation need to be selected and agreed, otherwise it may affect the use of functions. Second, connect to Bluetooth. First, open the "dafit" app and turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. The Dafit” APP will have an activation notification prompt, and click "OK". At 24 o'clock every day, the data of the day will be saved and the data of the whole day will be reset to zero; Heart rate monitoring: wear the wrist to keep the correct measurement posture, enter the heart rate monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start measuring, and the data will be displayed in about 25 seconds; (The automatic heart rate monitoring setting can be turned on on the APP side, and the automatic heart rate monitoring will be carried out every day during the set time period); Blood pressure monitoring: wear the wrist to keep the correct measurement posture, enter the blood pressure monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start measuring, and the value will be measured in about 25 seconds; Blood oxygen monitoring: wear the wrist to maintain the correct measurement posture, enter the blood oxygen monitoring interface, the watch will automatically start measuring, and the value will be measured in about 25 seconds; Pressure test: wear your wrist to keep the correct measurement posture, enter the pressure test interface, and the watch will automatically start measuring, and the value will be measured in about 25 seconds; Sleep: the length and quality of your sleep will be recorded from 21: 00 every night to 9: 00 the next morning to help you better adjust your schedule and improve your sleep quality; Custom card: you can add or delete the functions you need in the custom card; Breathing training: Click Start Breathing Training to perform inhalation/exhalation training to relax and relieve stress; Voice Assistant: After connecting Bluetooth 3.0 and Bluetooth 5.1, the watch can chat by clicking voice; APP download: you can download Dafit APP; by scanning the code with a third- party tool; The function of binding the watch can be realized by scanning the code with APP "Sweep"; Information: You can query instant messages such as QQ/ WeChat.
