Operational Description

Circuit Description The 24MHz crystal oscillator drives the base of Y1. The modulation provided by AC7023D (U2). The output of AC7023D module has the matching network consisting of C1 and R7 and R5 that limit the harmonic content and effect the proper coupling of the antenna to the output stage. Antenna, Ground and Power Source The antenna consists of a 2.4GHz Chip antenna There is no external ground connection. The ground is only that of the printed circuit board. The minimum amount of solder can lead to damage from the stresses caused by the difference in coefficients of expansion between solder, chip and substrate. The terminations are suitable for all wave and re-flow soldering systems. If hand soldering cannot be avoided, the preferred technique is the utilization of hot air soldering tools.
