How to Lock Microphones (Prevent Other Devices from Connecting) 1) What is Microphone Locking? Locking ensures that only two specific microphones can be used with a particular speaker, and the speaker will only accept signals from these two microphones. 2) Locking Procedure ①Turn on the speaker, but do not activate the microphone function yet. ②Power on the CHA microphone, then press and hold both the and buttons for about 8 seconds until the “ ” symbol flashes on the microphone display. ③On the speaker, press the button to enable the microphone function. Let the button's blue indicator flash for about 3 seconds. ④While the “ ” symbol is still flashing, short press the button on the microphone. The “ ” symbol will stop flashing, indicate successful pairing and lock. ● The procedure for locking the CHB microphone is the same as for the CHA microphone. 3. Locking Results ●After both CHA and CHB microphones are locked, other microphones cannot connect to the speaker. ●If only the CHA microphone is locked, the CHB channel remains open to new CHB microphones. 3. How to Unlock Microphones 1) On the Speaker Side ●Long press the button (about 8 seconds): Clears all microphone pairing records on the speaker. 2) On the Microphone Side ●Quickly press the button six times: The “ or ”symbol will appear on the display, indicating the microphone’s connection record has been cleared. 3) Unlocking Result ●After completing the above steps, the microphone and speaker will no longer be locked to each other. 4) Recommendation ●If the microphone does not work properly or loses connection, it is recommended to clear the pairing records on both the speaker and the microphone to help restore normal operation.
