Coiliiot Sense Gateway Sense-RG-RW10 QUICK START GUIDE 1. Product Overview The Coiliiot Sense Gateway is a plug-in gateway designed to receive sensor data via sub-1G radio frequency signal and upload data to the cloud through 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The gateway supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for mobile app provisioning. Key features • 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity (ESP32-C3 module) • BLE provisioning for Wi-Fi setup • 433.92 MHz RF receiver (RX only) for sensor data reception • USB Type-C power input (5 VDC) 2. In the box • 1 × Coiliiot Sense Gateway • 1 × USB Type-C Cable • 1 × USB Power Adapter (AC-DC) • 1 × Quick User Guide 3. Power & Interface Power Input • Power via USB Type-C, 5 VDC • Use the included USB power adapter and cable, or an equivalent 5 V USB power supply. Buttons / Indicators • Power LED: indicate power • Internet LED: network status (see Section 6) • Button: used for provisioning/reset (see Section 5) Note: The actual LED behavior may vary by firmware version. For certification testing, please contact Coiliiot for the specified test firmware and operating mode. 4. Installation 1. Place the gateway indoors in an open area, away from large metal objects. 2. Plug the gateway into power using the included USB adapter and USB-C cable. 3. Wait for the Status LED to indicate that the gateway is ready for provisioning. 4. Search for Coiliiot Sense application in App store or Play store and install it. 5. Create an account and login into the Coiliiot Sense app. 5. Wi-Fi Provisioning (BLE) The gateway is provisioned through the Coiliiot mobile application using BLE. Steps 1. Install and open Coiliiot Sense App on your phone. 2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone. 3. In the app, select Add Gateway. 4. Select the gateway from the BLE device list. 5. Enter the target 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi SSID and password. 6. Send credentials to the gateway. 7. The gateway will reboot and attempt to connect to Wi-Fi automatically. Notes • Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported. • Make sure your Wi-Fi router uses WPA/WPA2 (typical home settings). • If provisioning fails, move the phone and gateway closer to the router and retry. 6. Internet LED status • Blinking slow: BLE on, Provisioning mode / waiting for Wi-Fi credentials • Blinking fast: Connecting to Wi-Fi / cloud • Solid ON (stable): Connected and working normally 7. Normal Operation After connecting to Wi-Fi, the gateway will: • Listen for RF sensor transmissions (RF receiver). • Decode received sensor data. • Upload data to the configured cloud service automatically.
